Fatima Panontongan highlighted the crucial role of campus journalists in upholding the truth in an age of rapidly shifting information during the opening ceremony of the National Capital Region (NCR) Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC) in Parañaque City.
The winners of the NCR-RSPC 2025 will represent the region at the National Schools Press Conference in Ilocos Sur this May.
“Because writing is not just about words, it is about courage; it is about standing for something bigger than yourself, which is the truth,” stated Undersecretary and Chief of Staff Fatima Lipp Panontongan.
