THE terrorist group made a short statement published by ISIS-affiliated news agency Amaq via telegram.
However, ISIS did not provide any evidence to support their claim.
Meanwhile, the FSB has reportedly informed Russian President Vladimir Putin that all four gunmen from the Moscow concert terror attack have been arrested near Russia’s western border with Ukraine.
According to the FSB, 11 people were detained, including the 4 terrorists who were directly involved in the attack at Crocus City Hall.
After the terrorist attack, the criminals tried to escape, moving by car toward the Russian-Ukrainian border.
All four terrorists were detained within a few hours of each other in the Bryansk Region and were later transferred to Moscow.

On the other hand, the Russian investigative committee has confirmed that the death toll from the terrorist act in the city Crocus Hall has risen to 93 people and warned that the deaths will increase further.
Meanwhile, 88 more people were admitted to Moscow hospitals, four of which were children.
According to the preliminary data of the Russian investigative committee, the causes of death were gunshot wounds and poisoning by smoke products.
Dmitry Medvedev, former Russian president and current deputy chairman of the security council, sent his condolences to the families of those killed and encouragement to the relatives of the wounded.
“Terrorists understand only retaliatory terror. No trials and investigations will help if force is not countered by force, and deaths are not met with total executions of terrorists and crackdown against their families. This is the way of the world,” Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council, Russia said.
“If these terrorists turn out to be the Kyiv regime, we can’t deal with them and their ideological inspirers differently. All of them must be found and mercilessly destroyed as terrorists – including officials of the state that committed such an atrocity,” Medvedev added.
