THE Philippine Air Force (PAF), through the Office of the Chief Nurse, Air Force, and the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH), formally inked a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen PAF’s trainings and advocacy programs on Mental Health for airmen and airwomen during a signing ceremony on February 4, 2025, at NCMH, Mandaluyong City.
The signing ceremony was attended by Colonel Rudith Vivienne C Villanueva NC (GSC), Chief Nurse, Air Force, and Dr. Noel V Reyes, Medical Center Chief, NCMH. This partnership underscores a shared dedication to making mental health a fundamental pillar of mission readiness, resilience, and overall force effectiveness in the Air Force.
