PHILIPPINE Coast Guard (PCG) has welcomed CG PO2 Nesthy Petecio and CG SW2 Elreen Ando after representing the country at the Paris Olympics 2024 held in France from 26 July to 11 August 2024.
The said Coast Guard Olympians made fellow Filipinos proud with their remarkable performances on the world stage by showcasing their talent and determination that truly defines the Coast guardian spirit.
CG PO2 Petecio even brought home the bronze medal at the 57kg women’s boxing event. The Command will recognize this accomplishment by promoting her to the next higher rank of PO1.
The men and women of the PCG congratulate CG PO2 Petecio and CG SW2 Ando for their success and look forward to witnessing their future accomplishments both in and out of the sporting arena.
