“In the past 2 years even with the pandemic we were able to successfully held two summits and it were both done online. But the cool thing about this year as the economy also recovering and as our struggles also with pandemic and really easing, so now, we’re back face to face transformation summit,” pahayag ni Darwin John Moises, Chairperson – 2023 Transformation Summit.

“Inspite the challenges that we had in 2020, that was the start of pandemic, we grew over 1% both headcount and revenue. And since 2021, until the present in terms of revenue growth is also on double digit and this is the same pattern that we will see for 2023 as well,” dagdag ni Moises.

“I’ll just go straight to 2022, for head count the year actually closed at 1.57 million and in terms of revenue that’s 32.5 billion US dollars. And for those who have not seen the report yet on the forecast on 2023 this is also still for ITBAP, the forecast for headcount this will go further to 1.7 million and in terms of revenue it will go further to 35.9 billion,” aniya.
