CYPRIOT President Nikos Christodoulides is part of the list of guests invited to witness a grand ceremony prepared for the King of the United Kingdom.
The coronation will take place at Westminster Abbey on Saturday, May 6. An estimated 2,000 guests will attend the grand ceremony which includes royals, foreign dignitaries, and celebrities.
Some of the special guests who will attend the ceremony for King Charles were also present during the coronation of Queen Elizabeth in 1953.
Around 27 million Britons and 300 million viewers all over the world will watch the rare grand ceremony.
Among the star-studded guests who will be present at the coronation were Prince Harry, Prince William and Kate Middleton, King Felipe of Spain and Queen Letizia, King Charles XVI Gustav and Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden, Crown Prince Akishino of Japan and Princess Kiko, King Abdullah and Queen Rania of Jordan, First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, French President Emmanuel Macron, Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and his wife Liza-Araneta Marcos, Katy Perry, David, and Victoria Beckham, as well as 450 ordinary citizens, workers, and volunteers, to name a few.
The Cypriot President also attended the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II held at Westminster Abbey in September of last year.
