THE Department of Budget and Management (DBM) formalized its partnership with various National Government Agencies (NGAs), media networks, and private organizations for the Open Government Partnership (OGP) Asia and the Pacific Regional Meeting to be hosted by the Philippines on February 5 to 7, 2025.
DBM Secretary and Philippine Open Government Partnership (PH-OGP) Chairperson Amenah F. Pangandaman signed the Memorandum of Agreement with the Presidential Communications Office, Manila Bulletin, Inquirer Interactive Inc., DZRH-Manila Broadcasting Company, Digital Out of Home Philippines, and SMC Asia Car Distributors Corp on January 7, 2025 at the DBM Boncodin Hall.
“You are our co-architects in ensuring that principles of open government are not just discussed in closed rooms, but are broadcast across mediums, reaching every corner of our region,” Sec. Mina said.
Also present at the ceremonial signing were DBM Undersecretaries Margaux Salcedo, Goddes Hope Libiran, Wilford Will Wong, and Rolando Toledo.
