THE war in Hamas becomes Israel’s longest war not seen in more than 70 years.
As of Saturday, February 3, the Israel-Hamas war entered its 120th day.
It was by far Israel’s longest war since fighting with five Arab nations took place in 1948.
The Israel-Hamas war is now longer than the First Lebanon War in 1982 which lasted for 116 days.
On Friday, Israel Defense Forces raided several sites linked to Hamas in the Khan Younis area.
The Israeli army seized weapons, destroyed several anti-tank missile launchers, and raided Hamas cells and buildings.
The death toll in the war-torn enclave has now exceeded 27,000, according to the Gaza-based health ministry.
The ongoing war does not show any signs of ending soon while negotiations for a ceasefire continue.
