FORMER ranking communist cadre Jeffrey Celiz calls on voters to be wary of candidates in the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) who have links with or are part of the infrastructure of the communist terrorist groups (CTGs) in Negros Occidental and other parts in the Visayas region.
He also called on State security forces and local and provincial task forces of the End Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC) to disclose the names of candidates who are validated to be part of or have links to the designated terror groups Communist Party of the Philippines, its armed wing the New People’s Army, underground organizations under the National Democratic Front, and their legal fronts.
Celiz said the danger is imminent that the government could be infiltrated and people’s money could be diverted to terror operations to overthrow the duly constituted authorities if these candidates could win.
