NAGSAGAWA ng relief operations ang Office of the Vice President (OVP) nitong Enero 28, 2025 matapos maganap ang isang sunog sa Alley 9, South San Juan, Brgy. Centro, Agdao District ng Davao City.
Agad na nag-deploy ang OVP – Southern Mindanao Satellite Office ng OVP Kalusugan Food Trucks at namahagi ng hot meals sa 69 na mga indibidwal, kasama ang mga first responders at ibang mga biktima ng sunog.
Sa inisyal na report, apat na kabahayan ang nasunog at siyam na mga pamilya ang apektado. Pansamantalang naninirahan ang mga biktima sa evacuation area sa Brgy. Gym malapit sa Brgy. Hall ng Centro (San Juan).
Lubos na nagpapasalamat ang OVP sa City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office – Operations Center (CRRMO-OPCEN), City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) at City Health Office (CHO) sa dagliang pagkilos at pagbibigay atensiyon sa mga apektado.
