AYON kay Sec. Jesus Crispin Remulla ng Department of Justice (DOJ), hindi nila nais maging biktima ng bullying at pakiramdam nila ay pinipilit silang aminin ang mga bagay na hindi nila kayang ipagtapat. Ipinahayag din ng kalihim na ang executive privilege ay isang lehitimong dahilan upang hindi sumagot sa mga tanong.
“That’s why we didn’t want to attend the last hearing because this is what we were expecting. We didn’t want to be bullied. I think that you are trying to make people admit something they will not admit. And executive privilege is a valid excuse not to answer any question,” pahayag ni Sec. Jesus Crispin Remulla, Department of Justice.
