IN a bold statement, Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa emphasized that Rep. Stephen Paduano’s authority is not without limits, while highlighting former PDEA Chief Wilkins Villanueva impeccable law enforcement track record in contrast to the congressman’s actions.
“Mr. Congressman, you are so fond of
citing in contempt people who don’t give
in to your desires. Your abuse of power is not unlimited. Wilkins track record in law enforcement is unblemished while you have a history of destroying this country,” according to Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa.
