Every year, Thailand’s tourism sector reaps international recognition, may it be because of its delicious food, crystal clear waters, or must-see tourist hotspots.
Its ancient temples, vibrant nightlife, and tourist-friendly visa policies attract international visitors and backpackers across the globe.
With so many things to offer, Thailand recently launched a strategy to further promote the country by recruiting potential candidates who are fit for this once-in-a-lifetime mission.
The Tourism Authority of Thailand is looking for one lucky explorer who is much willing to tour across the country for four months and document their adventures.
To qualify, the applicant must be a Thai citizen, at least 20 years of age, capable to capture and beautifully edit photos or videos, must have several social media platforms to post content during the trip, and able to travel according to the calendar set by the agency.
The chosen ambassador must create and post at least one picture or video of the trip on social media every day.
In return, the ambassador will get paid to travel and receive 126,000 baht per month for four months to cover day-to-day expenses, including travel vouchers, and other prizes.
Interested applicants can submit their application until May 14 while results will be announced on May 28.
