PINAYAGAN na ang 24 kolehiyo at unibersidad sa bansa na magdaos ng limited face-to-face classes.
Ayon sa Commission on Higher Education (CHED), epektibo ito sa second semester ng Academic Year 2020-2021.
Sinabi ni CHED Chairman Prospero de Vera III na tumugon ang 24 Higher Education Institutions (HEI) sa CHED-DOH guidelines at nainspeksyon na rin ang mga ito ng CHED at kani-kanilang local government units (LGUs).

Patuloy naman aniyang imo-monitor ng CHED ang mga HEI.
