KINILALA ng Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) at Metrobank Foundation Incorporated (MBFI) ang 6 na sundalo na kabilang sa 2021 at 2022 Metrobank Foundation Outstanding Filipino Award for Soldiers (MFOFAS).
Pinangunahan nina acting AFP Vice Chief of Staff Vice Admiral Anthony Reyes na kumatawan kay AFP Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Bartolome Vicente Bacarro at MBFI President at Chief Executive Officer Aniceto M. Sobrepeña ang mga parangal sa Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City.
Kabilang dito sina Colonel Augusto Padua ng Philippine Air Force, Lieutenant Colonel Elmer Boongaling ng Philippine Army at Technical Sergeant Jake Belino ng Tactical Operations Wing Northern Luzon para sa taong 2021.
Habang para sa taong 2022 ay sina Colonel Maria Victoria Juan, Army chief nurse; Colonel Stephen Cabanlet, assistant chief ng Unified Command Staff for operations ng Western Command at Technical Sergeant Joel Tuganan ng Philippine Army.
Ayon kay AFP Public Affairs Office Chief Colonel Jorry Baclor, dumaan sa isang mahigpit na proseso ang mga awardee na pinangasiwaan ng Board of Assessors na binubuo ng mga miyembro mula sa gobyerno, akademya, militar, at non-government organizations.
