A total of 84 new Philippine Navy #Reservists have completed the Basic Citizen Military Course (BCMC) under the Naval Forces Northern Luzon (NFNL) during the closing ceremony for Class 01-25 and Class 02-25 on March 23 at Batanes State College Amphitheater.
Participants underwent rigorous training over the past month, equipping them with essential military skills to prepare them for service in the Naval Reserve Force while fostering discipline, teamwork, and leadership.
