LET us all demand that all cameras will be focused on the congressmen, senators, cabinet and other guests while they consume 20-M worth of food paid for by people’s money.
Let the whole country witness how voracious and gluttonous these “honorables” are while Filipinos die of hunger. No one should leave the hall or table unless all food is consumed.
Let us also demand for the name of the caterer and the menu that will be served. Foreign-sounding and fancy names in the menu should be translated in Pilipino.
Let us also demand an accounting of the ingredients to be used and the price it was procured from the market.
Is that too much for transparency and accountability?
