TRANSPORTATION Secretary Jaime Bautista toured Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida at the Metro Manila Subway project in Valenzuela City on Saturday, November 4.
The subway project, which is partly funded through the Japan International Cooperation Agency, will have 17 stations from Valenzuela City to Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3.
