Elon Musk says fight vs Mark Zuckerberg will be streamed on X

TWO of the world’s richest men made headlines after both agreed to a proposed ‘cage match’ or a fight that typically involves few rules.

The date and location of the potential face-off are yet to be set but the idea of the two tech billionaires butting heads face-to-face created buzz among the tech circles and social media users worldwide.

Tesla and SpaceX CEO, Elon Musk, said in a post that the ‘cage fight’ between him and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg will be live streamed on X-a rebranded platform also owned by Musk.

In an earlier post, Musk bragged about his preparations for the highly anticipated fight which include bringing and lifting weights throughout the day while at work since he does not have time to work out outside of his office.

Responding to his posts, Zuckerberg proposed on his platform Threads for their fight to take place on August 26, but Musk is yet to confirm.

When Zuckerberg previously asked for the location, Musk responded it will be held in ‘Vegas Octagon’, a fenced-in area used for Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) bouts based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Whether the two social media moguls were just joking about the ‘cage match’ or not, the dare has already earned significant global attention.

The squabbling between the two multi-billionaires began when Zuckerberg launched Meta’s Threads-a new competitor to Musk’s X platform formerly known as Twitter.
