Jeffrey Celiz statement regarding the Atom Araullo Case
The price of standing up and fighting for our country and our people against the evils of communist terrorism of the CPP-NPA-NDF and their colluders, conspirators, benefactors and enablers, is indeed high and the risks of resulting dangers and “consequences” to our individual safety and personal peace, are likewise real.
On the basis of technicalities, particularly on one day delay of our PRE-TRIAL BRIEF submission, the Regional Trial Court proceeded to have the hearing on this particular civil case (Atom Araullo Civil Complaint) , without us being given the chance of presenting our evidences, our testimonies and witnesses.
The case proceeded while we were being put in a situation of forced “absentia” in court hearings because we were held in DEFAULT by the Regional Trial Court.
This is highly expected to be the result of this apparent miscarriage of JUSTICE, although this particular decision is far from reaching finality as we are still entitled to avail of the appeal processes, up to the Supreme Court, yet the propaganda operations of the CPP-NPA-NDF are also expected to go full steam ahead due to this “temporary setback” that happened on this particular case.
We are also currently facing the on-going civil cases filed by Teddy Casin̈o and Carol Araullo (mother of Atom), the two are masquerading under the umbrella of BAYAN-BAGONG ALYANSANG MAKABAYAN, a publicly known CPP-NPA-NDF urban-based communist front organization.
We shall also face them courageously and squarely in court.
On my part, I shall persevere to continue with my commitment to help our country and our people to fight the scourge of this long-enduring evil of communist terrorism being perpetrated by the CPP-NPA-NDF and their colluders, conspirators, benefactors and enablers. I shall not waiver in this patriotic cause that I willingly and voluntarily embraced.
