PASOK na sa priority bills ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. ang Maharlika Investment Fund (MIF) Act.
Disyembre 2022 pa nang makapasa sa Kamara ang House Bill 6608 na naglalayong magtatag ng Sovereign Wealth Fund sa bansa.
Ayon kay House Speaker Martin Romualdez, ang pagkakasama sa MIF Act sa Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) ay tanda ng pagsisikap ng administrasyon na matugunan ang mga isyu sa public health, job creation at economic growth.
Bukod sa MIF, pasok din ang mga panukalang ito sa LEDAC:
- Amending the AFP Fixed Term Bill,
- Ease of Paying Taxes,
- Local Government Unit Income Classification,
- Amendment to Universal Health Care,
- Bureau of Immigration Modernization,
- Infrastructure Development Plan/Build Build Build Program,
- Philippine Salt Industry Development Act,
- Philippine Ecosystem and Natural Capital, Accounting System (PENCAS), National Employment Action Plan,
- At amendment to the Anti-Agricultural Smuggling Act.
Ang mga sumusunod na panukala ay makakaasa ng mabilis na tugon sa Kamara saad ni Romualdez.
