THE 10th Regional Community Defense Group (10RCDG) of the Reserve Command, Philippine Army hosted a four-day Signal Operations and Leadership Development Training with the Guam and Hawaii National Guards (GUNG/HING) at Camp Evangelista, Patag, Cagayan de Oro City from July 10 to July 14, 2024.
The training is part of the State Partnership Program (SPP) of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) in collaboration with the Guam and Hawaii National Guards (GUNG/HING). The SPP activities are designed to equip and provide participants with knowledge and skills in personnel management, personnel readiness, and humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response (HADR) operations. A total of 40 regular and reserve officers and non-commissioned officers from the Philippine Army, Air Force, Navy, and Technical and Administrative Services actively engaged in the training activity, demonstrating their commitment to excellence and readiness.
