SONSHINE Media Network International (SMNI), the true voice of the Filipino, resumes airing on free TV stations and digital channels nationwide starting January 20.
The network continues its commitment to delivering programs for nation-building, dedicated to God and our beloved Philippines.
After a suspension lasting nearly a month imposed by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), SMNI is making a triumphant return to free TV and digital channels this Saturday.
Viewers eagerly anticipating the network’s return can once again enjoy its meaningful programs.
Let’s highlight the program “Problema N’yo Itawag kay Panelo,” airing daily from 9 AM to 10 AM.
The program’s anchor, Atty. Salvador Panelo emphasized the importance of freedom of speech and press.
“Let me repeat what I said, the freedom of speech and freedom of the press are sacrosanct, inviolable. Nobody, not this government, not any agency of this government, can diminish, destroy or stop the exercise of these rights and freedom guaranteed by the constitution. No matter how much cover-up is attempted, it will continue shine through, and the truth will be revealed in every corner of the world,” according to Atty. Salvador Panelo, SMNI Anchor.
Atty Harry Roque in “Pulso ng Bayan” (Daily from 7 AM to 9 AM); “Pinoy Legal Minds” with Atty Mark Tolentino (Saturdays at 6:30 AM).
“Of course, we will improve it for the public interest. That’s what the public and all SMNI followers can expect,” according to Atty. Mark Tolentino, SMNI Anchor.
SMNI radio stations resume operations nationwide
SMNI Radio Stations across the country are also back in operation. Atty. Rolex Suplico‘s program on DZAR SMNI Radio can be heard every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 11:30 AM.
“I am delighted that SMNI and its entire programs are coming back. I believe there is a silver lining in the midst of darkness. We went through 30 days of being muzzled, but now we are here, carrying the truth, and I know the people are waiting for us because SMNI is different from the rest. SMNI carries the truth,” according to Atty. Rolex Suplico, SMNI Anchor.
LKAB and GMPM Back on SMNI
The program “Laban Kasama ang Bayan” returns to SMNI TV after a 28-day suspension imposed by the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB).
“I want to remind our fellow countrymen, and they should not forget this, and that is because of a question—which is a right of every Filipino— the freedom of expression of SMNI and ‘Laban Kasama ang Bayan’ was suspended. And because of this question, “Is it true that the office of the speaker had P1.8 billion in travel expenses?” according to Dr. Lorraine Badoy, SMNI Anchor.
“Because of this question, I experienced firsthand the oppression of this administration, as Ka Eric and I were illegally detained for 7 days. In light of this question, what can I say about the return of SMNI? What I feel, in my opinion, is sadness. This should not be happening in a true democracy. Oppression and abuse should not be happening in a free democracy, but it happened. Let us not forget this,” Badoy added.
“The adversity SMNI faced is a symbol of its challenge, facing the dirty politics that causes the disunity of our nation with vested interests in power. It is being used by the true enemies of the people who destroy our nation, the CPP-NPA-NDF, infiltrating governments, causing the disintegration of our political leaders. SMNI fought against this, defending peace and democracy against the destructive movement of the CPP-NPA-NDF, which kills and destroys our youth for half a century,” according to Jeffrey ‘Ka Eric’ Celiz, SMNI Anchor.
Viewers, stay tuned for the return of Gikan sa Masa, Para sa Masa, featuring former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, where he gives his insights on the most pressing matters happening in the country.
And of course, the comeback of SMNI would not be complete without the eagerly awaited programs of the Chosen Son of God, Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy, such as Powerline, Gospel of the Kingdom, Give Us This Day, Sounds of Worship, ACQ Classics, and Spotlight.
With the resumption of SMNI operations, the public can expect broader, improved, and more exciting programs that have become part of the daily lives of every Filipino.
Trust that SMNI will remain true to being the voice of truth.
