THE 125-strong Philippine Army delegation and their Australian Army counterparts kicked-off the month-long Philippine-Australia (PH-AUS) Exercise Carabaroo 2024 in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia on July 15, 2024.
The 1st Brigade of the Australian Army hosts the 2024 iteration of Exercise Carabaroo. It forms part of the broader architecture of Exercise Predator’s Run 2024 which is dubbed as the Australian Army’s most significant littoral training activity of the year. Army and Marines contingents from the United States, United Kingdom, and Timor Leste are also participating in the said exercise which tests the concept of employment of a Light Littoral Brigade at Australia’s northern coast.
