WALTHER Buenavista of Shawarma Shack who is among the country’s most successful Filipino Entrepreneurs today bagged the title of The ‘Young Leader of the Year’ in Asia CEO Awards 2023 held last October 24, at The Marriott, Grand Ballroom.
Among the eight nominees in the Foundever – Young Leader of the Year category of Asia CEO Awards, the inspiring story of Walther Buenavista stood out.
Buenavista is the visionary behind Shawarma Shack, known for its innovative “Buy One, Take One Shawarma” concept, which has become a well-known brand in the Food Franchise Industry.
Often referred to as the “Godfather of Shawarma,” he has led the rapid expansion of Shawarma Shack, with over 750 stores across the country in just under eight years. Shawarma Shack also provides entrepreneurial opportunities and job creation for Filipinos.
Walther Buenavista expressed his gratitude for being recognized by this year’s ASIA CEO AWARDS and considered winning the top prize a tremendous blessing.
He cherished the opportunity to be among other accomplished business icons.
