World crossed ‘point of no return’ on climate change—Pastor ACQ

PASTOR Apollo C. Quiboloy declared that we have now reached the point of no return regarding climate change.

This follows extensive flooding that occurred in Libya, resulting in the loss of thousands of lives.

Recently, a 7-magnitude earthquake struck Morocco, where approximately three thousand people died.

Because of these events, the good Pastor has called on all nations to unite to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and fossil fuel consumption.

“This means that we have crossed the point of no return when it comes to climate change. Now, even if all countries agree to reduce carbon dioxide emissions– because the ozone layer has been severely damaged for quite some time now, as I’ve been saying, since 2005, right?” according to Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy, The Kingdom of Jesus Christ.

According to Pastor Apollo, nature should be cherished because it is a gift from God.

He added that it is also possible that nature may retaliate against humanity due to its greed and neglect.

“You know, trees are already here without us, and they will remain here without us. If we cut them off and then we destroy the nature, God has given to us, in wanton greediness and selfishness, it will all come back to us” Pastor Apollo added.

“Who will suffer the consequences when we destroy the planet Earth that was given to us? It’s us, isn’t it? It’s because of human greed and selfishness. People driven by greed, selfishness, and their self-interest will do anything without caring for the environment,” he added.

You know, trees have existed without us and will continue to exist without us. If we cut them down and destroy the nature that God has bestowed upon us due to our reckless greed and selfishness, it will all come back to haunt us.

Take these deserts, for example. There is no flooding in deserts, but now there is. That’s climate change.

Don’t be surprised if one day the Philippines experiences snow because of climate change.

In America, right now, they’re suffering from extreme heat, with temperatures reaching 120 or 130 degrees Fahrenheit. What’s the best place to be right now? The Glory Mountain.

Pastor Apollo calls climate action, continued care for the environment

To recall, Pastor Apollo is a well-known environmentalist in the Philippines. He founded the Sonshine Philippines Movement and dedicated it to preserving environmental harmony and advocating for the protection of nature.

One of the primary showcases of Pastor Apollo’s efforts is Glory Mountain, where thousands of pine trees have been planted.

The ongoing planting of pine trees in the Philippines, especially in Davao City under Pastor Apollo’s leadership, has been a significant contribution. What was once a flood-prone area in the southern part of Mount Apo is now a sanctuary for preserved nature.

“We initiated the Sonshine Philippines Movement in our own little way to help mitigate climate change. Thanks to Glory Mountain, we’ve made our own ‘climate change.’ The weather there is incredibly beautiful. It’s a blessing from the Father.”

“Now, if we all just start, the effects will be seen in 10-15 years if everyone plants trees to restore the ozone and reduce carbon dioxide emissions. The vitality of our planet Earth will return to its former glory,” Pastor Apollo added.
