RUSSIAN President Vladimir Putin announced he is willing to order an immediate ceasefire in Ukraine and start negotiations provided that several conditions are met.
These include Ukrainian troops gradually withdrawn from four eastern regions partially occupied by Russia and for Kyiv to give up its plans of joining NATO.
Putin made the demand as Ukrainian Volodymyr Zelenskyy sat down with the Group of Seven leaders in Italy also attended by other observer states and nations in alliance with the West.
