THE Department of Energy, in partnership with the @Presidential Communications Office (PCO) and USAID-Energy Secure Philippines, recently launched the You Have the Power! (YHTP) at the Philippine Science High School (PSHS) main campus in Quezon City.
This initiative aims to encourage the youth to design their sustainable future starting with doable steps of Energy Efficiency and Conservation.
Engaging activities such as quiz bee, poster-making contest and symposium imparted energy concepts by harnessing the learners’ creativity and curiosity.
The DOE also conducted the Energy Audit 101 for Young EE Practitioners to introduce various careers in the energy sector.
