Burger tasting ng isang sikat na food chain, level-up ang sarap

MATITIKMAN na ang level-up, na cheese burger, quarter pounder at Big Mac na dati nang kinagigiliwang burgers ng McDonald’s, ngayong inilabas sa publiko ang mas pinasarap na burger, sa bawat kagat.

Sa pamamagitan ng isang burger tasting sa Cebu kamakailan, natikman na ang mga pagbabago sa kanilang burgers na siguradong magdudulot ng mas katakam-takam na lasa.

Dati nang taglay ng McDonald’s ang kanilang best burgers at ngayon, nais nitong bigyan ang kanilang mga customer ng panibagong twist na siguradong level-up.

 “We came with the best ever burgers because we wanted to listen to our customers with their feedback and with what they are telling us. Of course aligned with our founder and chairman Dr. Jorge Tia has always told us that we must strive to adhere to our highest quality ever, as well as improving, constantly improving to our standards. We decided to implement small changes that add to one big difference,” ayon kay Isa Leyeza, Corporate Communications Manager.

Kabilang sa mga pagbabago ay ang kanilang signature buns.

 “So, what are these small changes, for example we introduce as light glaze on our buns so if we notice our burgers we have that shine to it. And then we also introduced shorter holding time for our vegetables as well as to our patties to make sure they are fresher when they reached out customers, and to Big Mac fun out there, we actually added 50% more sauce to the Big Mac to make it more saucier,” dagdag ni Leyeza.

Maging ang preparasyon ng bawat burger ay kanilang mas pinagbuti, upang maibigay sa mga customers ang best ever burgers.

 “So I think for McDonald’s burger fans, one thing that keep them from coming back will be hotter, the beef and the patty is tastier and generally the whole  experience of eating our burgers is now the best ever,” ani Leyeza.

Ang best ever burgers ay opisyal nang sinimulan noong Hulyo 15 na maaari na ring matikman sa lahat ng McDonald’s branches sa bansa.

“It’s quite a slay, I notice that it’s quite salty which I like and then the bun, I think I could have eaten it alone,” ayon sa customer.

Hindi lang ‘yan, mas malalasahan na rin ang kakaibang dagdag na lasa sa kanilang mga burger patties.

“So, with our patties you’ll notice the change because now we grill the patties with the onion. It’s not just placing the onion after, it’s leads to more caramelized flavor and we season the patty on the grill, you’ll be able to get a tastier burger every time you order a McDonald’s burger,” ani Leyeza.

Bagama’t impluwensiya lang sa ating mga Pilipino ang pagkain ng burger, marami na rin sa ating mga Pilipino ang kabisado na ang lasa ng isang quality burger.

Kasabay ng mga pagbabagong ito ay ang cool packaging na nasa clamshell box para maiwasang ma-deform at makarating ito nang maayos sa mga customer.

“Try and go to the nearest McDonald’s store to you and try our range of cheese burgers, quarter pounder and Big Mac,” aniya.

Dahil sa pagbabagong ito, nabigyan ng pagkakataon ang ating mga local farmer na maging supplier ng kamatis at lettuce, gaya na rin ng local bakery sa Cebu na supplier na ngayon sa buong Kabisayaan ng kanilang ipinagmamalaking burger buns.
