A terrible incident occurred in Florida on Saturday night, leaving two adults and a three-year-old child dead during an argument over a dog sale.
This happened at a Florida apartment complex after 10 pm, according to authorities.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of gunfire and found two adults and a 3-year-old child killed, with another adult injured.
Assistant Chief JD Stronko of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office explained that five people, including the toddler, went to the apartment complex, possibly to buy or sell a dog. However, it’s unclear exactly what they were doing.
Details about the injured victim were not provided, but the fifth person was unharmed.
Witnesses saw two men fleeing the scene in a car, but no more information about the victims or suspects is available.
Stronko said authorities are conducting search warrants and that detectives are working hard to identify the victims and witnesses to learn more about what happened during the tragic incident.
