Six PAF General Officers take oath at Malacañang Palace

SIX newly promoted General Officers of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) officially took oath before President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., at the Heroes Hall, Malacañan Palace, Manila on December 4, 2024.

President Marcos Jr. personally administered the oath-taking to the newly promoted Air Force generals, as follows:

MGen. Pablo E. Rustria Jr. PAF

Commander, Air Force Reserve Command

MGen. Dennis G. Estrella PAF

Commander, Air Logistics Command,

MGen. Thad Rufino P. Candelario PAF

Air Force Inspector General

MGen. Eric A. Gachalian PAF

Commander, Air Education, Training and Doctrine Command

BGen. Genaro C. Menor PAF

Deputy Commander, Air Installation and Base Development Command

BGen Roman M. Dioso PAF

Deputy Commander for Internal Operations, Western Command

The ceremony was graced by the presence of the families and loved ones of the newly promoted PAF General Officers. Following the oath-taking ceremony, the PAF Generals paid their courtesy call to the Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines, General Romeo S. Brawner Jr. PA, at Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City.

The Philippine Air Force congratulates our newly promoted Generals. We are confident that their leadership and expertise will continue to elevate the PAF to greater heights.
