THE King of Malaysia expressed the highest appreciation to H.E Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his re-election as president of the Republic of Turkiye.
His Majesty also hopes that Malaysia and Turkiye will continue to work together to bring progress and prosperity to both countries.
In 2022, Turkiye is Malaysia’s largest trading partner and export destination and the 6th largest source of imports among West Asian countries. The two countries have established diplomatic ties since 1964.
Malaysia Prime Minister Datuk Anwar Ibrahim also congratulated Erdogan on becoming the 13th Pres. of Turkiye.
