PRESIDENT Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. praised the perseverance and diligence of those who work in the Office of the President in conjunction with OP Family Day on Saturday.
In his message, PBBM announced that he recognizes and appreciates fellow government employees for their dedication to work.
President Marcos also expressed his gratitude to the OP employees for their unwavering support and exceptional service to the government and their excellent service to the Filipino people.
“We know that we give you a lot of tasks, and sometimes the working hours are quite long. Therefore, perhaps once in a while, we should give back and provide you with a bit of joy, especially for your families who may not see you much due to the length of work,” according to President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr., Republic of the Philippines.
The Chief Executive emphasized that the family day celebration is a way of the administration of giving government employees quality time to be with their loved ones through the Lab for all, Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair and Kadiwa ng Pangulo caravan.
During the event, President Marcos Jr. tours various booths.
These include the Lab For All (LFA) that gives free medical consultations, laboratory services and medicines; the Government’s flagship programs such as Passport on Wheels, driver’s license application/renewal, SSS E-Wheels, GSIS and Pag-IBIG membership assistance; and the Eye Health Camp 2023 by Vision Express that offers a one-stop shop for eye care needs.
Additionally, the Kadiwa ng Pangulo booth features fresh and reasonably priced produce directly sourced from local farms to the doorstep of Malacañang.
PBBM also announced two winners of two multi-purpose electronic bikes and 10 winners of housing units from the National Housing Authority (NHA).
